Description: Erect, procumbent or trailing annual herb with stems up to 75 cm long. Leaves linear to narrowly ovate-elliptic, 5-17 cm long, almost hairless or roughly hairy along the midrib below; margin on some leaves at least with some teeth near the base, others entire.
The native range of this species is Tanzania to Namibia. It is an annual and grows primarily in the seasonally dry tropical biome.
