The branches are the most natural looking of all the trees we saw here and at the big blue store. Our search was limited to flocked (snowy) options. The branches are spaced far enough apart to allow hanging ornaments and close enough to not look thin. The flocking was also quite natural and bright. On the negative side, the lights have only one color and only 3 modes (steady, sparkly, combo). The white is a warmer tone than I'd like. The sparkle mode is too frantic - not at all peaceful, so it really leaves us with just one mode. A similar tree had several colors and 9-10 modes, but had tighter less natural branches with less flocking. The branches on this one were good enough to overcome the lack of light options. I'd rather avoid stringing additional lights, but that's always an option. You can't put up different branches.

I saw this tree in Home Depot and fell in love with it. I had actually wanted a different tree that we had seen displayed, among all the many pretty trees, but at the time, we didn't have our truck with us to take it home in. When we got home to get our truck, I decided to first check the reviews for my original choice before going back to get it.

I actually was going to order it instead and have it delivered. But, that one didn't get very good reviews. In fact, got bad reviews and it turned me off. I began looking for trees at other stores but wasn't thrilled with what I was seeing either. We decided to go back to Home Depot and look at the other trees on display. I saw THIS tree in the store and it looked beautiful. I hadn't noticed it before. I checked the floor under it to see if it left a "mess" like some of the other tree did. I checked the reviews online for this one and they were very positive. Most reviewers were very happy with theirs. Their photos added to the reviews were quite nice. We made our decision and bought it. When I opened it, I was impressed right away with the way it looked. It comes in 3 pieces that are very easy to put together and the lights works as soon as we plugged them in (I crossed my fingers on that)! This tree looks just like it did in the store. Very little mess at all and the flocking looks like real snow. It is pretty just by itself but I placed some gold and silver ornaments on it and now it's BEAUTIFUL. I am including a photo without the Christmas ornaments so you can see just how lovely it is without extra decorations. It comes packaged in two sturdy boxes so I think it will be easy to re-box after Christmas. I am so happy we decided to get this one. I hope to have it for many years.

This tree is very good quality. I wish I could have kept it, however, just could not get over the ill coloring. I can't quite put my finger on it, as I have had and decorated flocked trees in the past, but this one was simply not right. An odd tone of green under heavy flocking and mix of the yellow lights. Simply off putting. I tried several decoration color schemes but nothing looked right on this tree. Plus, the flickering lights and their placement were anxiety producing.

Flocking is inconsistent, not that easy to set up, do not like the twinkle of the lights. The pictures that Home Depot shows are not the same as the actual tree. Photos make it look a lot fuller. The branches remind me of looking at the back of Godzilla. The stand is super cheap. Forget about putting a tree topper on unless you have the patience to modify the tree. We have a 30 year old angel topper that is lit and animated and had to modify the branches to make it work.
