Crown or terminal part of the trunk with fronds. A Philippine endemic known only from the type until these photos. A small relative of Cyathea contaminans with moderately reduced and deflexed lower pinnae (and pinnules), tuberculate rachises and tawny or stramineous stipe scales, and exindusiate sori.
