Common Name The Angular-Lipped Eulophia

Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Zaire, Angola, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbawe in mixed deciduous woodlands and recently burned grasslands at elevations of 900 to 1770 meters as a small to medium sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with partially above the ground pseudobulbous growths giving rise to 3 to 4, ovate to oblong-elliptic, obtuse, plicate leaves that are not present at blooming in the spring on an erect, fairly densely to 30 flowered inflorescence with 2 to 3 loose, tubular bracts towards the base and 1 to 2, linear-lanceolate, bracts farther up.
