Common Name The Large Beaked Microcoelia

Flower Size .44" [1.1 cm]long

Found in Ivory Coast, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Central African Republic, Zaire, Uganda and Zambia in riverine forests and dense high rainfall woodlands on twigs and small branches at elevations of 1000 to 1100 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a short stem giving rise to a few terete to slightly flattened, smooth roots with short, acute to acuminate, 5 to 7 nerved scale leaves that blooms in the summer on up to 5, terete, erect to pendent, to 4" [10 cm] long, to 20 flowered inflorescence.
