Summary[edit]

Description Flowerheads are open panicles: 13-30 cm long; nearly black when young, later turning dark olive-green and becoming pale at seed drop; hairs (if present) are restricted to the axils of the main branches. This particular sample at South West Rocks tends to be relatively pale coloured all the time.
