Fabiana Filippi is essentially run by Giacomo and Mario. The younger brother Mario is more extrovert and communicative person and is also extremely sociable and outgoing. He represents the company to the outside world, and also manages the company communications. Giacomo, the elder brother is more reserved, rational and mature than Mario. He is the driving force within the company, dealing with production, factory operations and logistics. However, both the brothers share everything, including the financial side of the business.

Over the years, Fabiana Filippi has created its own brand of knitwear and women’s clothing, based on product quality and creative designs. Due to the solid partnership between the two brothers, their market vision and range of styles have developed over the course of time. The brand has become increasingly recognizable.
