Extra large deep-blue flowers! These flowers bloom in abundance, and the plants are heat loving and drought tolerant. Excellent in the garden, in hanging baskets and pots.

Germination: Seed can be started indoors in a soil-less mix in mid-late April. As germination can be quite erratic, chill seed for 10 days before planting in spring. After chilling the seed, leave seed uncovered and apply bottom heat at 24 C (75 F). Keep evenly watered for the 20+ day germination period. Once germination occurs, grow-on at 15C (60F). Transplant out after the danger of frost has passed.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday.
