Greg says I should move the succulents to the better light which I get, but their window gets very hot there should I worry about that or not ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ

One of the โ€œearsโ€ is turning yelling. Is this normal or should I be doing something differently? Giving her lots of sun and watering her sparingly. Have sprayed her twice for potential spider mites.
