Finding light for None in your home
Delosperma spp. love being close to bright, sunny windows 😎.
Place it less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Delosperma spp. does not tolerate low-light 🚫.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Delosperma spp. in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Delosperma spp.
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Delosperma spp. after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Pickle is turning greyish? I really love my tiny Pickle Plant (my second, as I annihilated my first one with water and cactus food in the off-season.) I have been following Greg’s 1/8 cup every 2 weeks suggestion, and not fertilized it yet, but I noticed that one of Pickle’s stems seems to be turning grey/white (is it drying up?) Does anyone know what could be going wrong? Or what conditions Pickle Plants really like? Thank you! #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict

Succulent off of amazon A succulent I got off of amazon arrived the other day. When I opened the box I saw stuffing(cotton stuffing) and immediately had a bad feeling in my stomach. I continue to open up the box, taking the stuffing out and i find the nursery pot knocked over and the dirt spilled. I began looking for the succulent and it was all apart, roots ripped off. Im really hoping I can save it. I put it in soil and watered it. Any tips on how to save it or am I wasting my time trying??

It’s #WhatTheSuccWednesday eve 😆🪴🙈 so I thought I would go ahead & share some of my #Succulents 🌱 1-2. Achilles my biggest Pulidonis Echeveria, can’t believe how well it’s done under grow lights! He has been easy to take care of, & is always a good sport ! 3. Sedeveria blue burrito (I think) was a rescue from Walmart, I just love the leaf texture/pattern/colors. 🤩 4. My lifesaver cactus has gotten a repot, she wasn’t doing to well recently due to underwatering but we fixed that.. lol 💦 5. Sproutacus the ice plant has also been super easy since I took him home. It’s constantly putting out new growth! 🤞🏻🌱 #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #Succulent #GrowLights #Echeveria #Sedeveria #IcePlant #LifsaverCactus

Here goes nothing 🤔 Before, and cut up for filling the pot. Everybody 🤞 for me & WALL-E. The cut ends have been dabbed with cinnamon and just laid gently on top of the soil since the plant was just watered. I made that branch cutting into three props. I hope it works - I've seen some pretty cool & FULL looking pots of these online, so I don't think mine was living up to its potential. You can do this, WALL-E! #propagation #propdontshop #ultrakoreanfir

How can I save and/ or propagate my ice plant? Few questions for you ice plant pros 1. I’ve had this plant for about a year and during a recent move he just got totally neglected. I repotted what was salvageable, which as you can see, wasn’t much. Any suggestions? 2. Also, some of these have a couple of extremely dry, crinkled up leaves- are the still alive and could come back with lots of water or should I cut them off? And 3. In the last picture I’ve attached, it looks like this guy is dead although the tippy top leaf doesn’t look so bad- do you suggest I trim him off and try to replant/ propagate? And if that’s possible, how do you propagate ice plant with cuttings? Thanks in advance! #IcePlant #corpuscularialehmannii #propegation

Yesterday I posted my new Hardy Ice Plant, but since it was evening when I took pictures, the blooms were closed. So I got some pictures when they re-opened this afternoon! They are so beautiful, and really live up to their name! (Orange Sunset Ocean Glow) they quite literally glow, they almost look metallic in person! The colors are stunning 🌅🧡🩷💛 I can’t wait for the sedeveria to bloom, hopefully they will respond well to the repot.. 🤔🪴 #HardyIcePlant #OrangeSunset #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #arrangement #SucculentLove #SucculentSquad #Succulents #Succulent #BloomingSuccs #GrowingSuccs #NewPlants #NewGrowth #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #SucculentSaturday
