📚 Overview
Description
Small herbs, rhizome globose, 1 cm long, perennial, roots fleshy. Leaves 10-15 x 0.5 cm, linear, radical, sessile. Scapes 2 or 3, slender, to 10 cm long. Flowers 1 or 2; perianth yellow, 1 cm long, pilose, lobes elliptic-lanceolate; stamens 6; ovary 3-celled, ovules many, stigma 3-lobed. Capsule 1 cm long, 3-vaved, cylindric-turbinate; seeds subglobose.
