Summary
Peperomia albertiae is presented as a new epiphytic or epilithic species of Peperomia (Piperaceae), occurring in Tropical montane cloud forests of the southern Western Ghats of Kerala, India. The new taxon is described and illustrated, notes on its distribution, ecology and phenology are given and a comparison with morphologically similar taxa made.
