A very solid boba place in Sunset. There's no room to wait or sit inside (most of the interior is taken up by boxes for stock/storage) so keep that in mind -- definitely just a place to order and leave.

I got the Taro Milk Tea with boba and got 50% sugar and 50% ice. I loved the flavor and mashed taro inside instead of just flavoring. The boba texture was also pretty good and they gave a good boba-to-drink ratio. I would say the drink cup sizes are also good for the price -- larger than some other newer places, and I paid least than $7 for my regular-sized drink (though I miss the days when boba was less than $5). Overall, a solid drink and I would come again!

      What: Boba Delivery
      Time Ordered: around 8:30pm
      Time Delivered: around 9pm
      How: DoorDash DoubleDash
      Delivered To: Outer Richmond

      A9 Roasted Oolong
Sugar 0%, Ice 30%, Boba, Grass Jelly, Panna Cotta
      $8.46

I ordered the above, but iTea called and said they were out of panna cotta, which was the only reason I decided to order from them. They offered to make my beverage bigger, but I didn't really want just more tea. So I asked if I could have another topping instead such as Coffee Jelly. They said it was cheaper than the panna cotta so I asked if I could have a bigger drink and the replacement topping. They said okay and that was that. The panna cotta was $0.98 while the coffee jelly was $0.65.

When the drink arrived, I think I ended up with the normal size? Idk, correct me if I'm wrong from the pic. I don't actually order from iTea much, but they had roasted oolong which I wanted. The tea itself didn't have much roasted flavor. I wanted that strong malty tea flavor. The toppings were fine. The boba was soft and chewy. Grass jelly silky. Coffee jelly firm and bouncy. I probably should have asked them to cancel this order since I really just wanted to try the panna cotta. Oh well, now I know better when ordering from here.

Okay teas. Just wish I was able to try that panna cotta.

I always love to get their Honey Brown Rice MT. It comes with agar boba and chai seeds as topping!
Sadly they ran out of agar boba so I replaced them with regular boba.
But there are so much other options too!

A solid boba spot in the area. This time I tried their crème brûlée boba milk tea with 80% sweetness and it was surprisingly good! I haven't been here in a long time and was surprised how much I enjoyed my drink. The boba is soft and chewy, but it doesn't have much honey flavor to it which I didn't mind since my drink was sweet. The crème brûlée was very decadent. It took a little long to receive my order since there were a few people ahead of me. There is no seating inside.

I got a strawberry smoothie drink that is overpriced. It had whipped cream. It was strawberry and fun to try this drink spot.

Stopped by on Thanksgiving. It was close to the restaurant we picked up food from. When we got there, there was a small crowd of people waiting for their order outside. We went inside to place our order the place was tiny. Looks like most of the left hand side of the store was used as storage. Aesthetically, not the most pleasant looking place. As for the drinks, it's pretty good.

      We ordered:
      - Crème Brûlée Milk Tea: 8/10. Very good flavoring. Would have been better if the tea flavor was not so strong and milk is creamier.
      - Brown Sugar Boba Latte: 8:10. One of the better brown sugar milk teas I have had in SF. Still prefer our favorites in the Bay Area, but this was decent.
      - Hokkaido Frosty: 7/10. Good, but did not look like the picture we saw.

Likely come back if you we are in the area.

This spot is consistent. The boba shop is small as it only has room for those ordering. People must wait outside for their drinks or it'll be too crowded.

We went on a Friday night. Fairly busy, 5-8 minute line wait. They have a charge minimum for cards at $15. The drinks are good and consistent. For the basketball fans out there, it's consistent as Steph curry makes his free throws. Only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because of their lack of space.

      Would come again

Just one of the many boba shops in SF

We stopped by to grab some drinks before heading home --2 hour drive to Roseville-- and ordered one each an avocado w/ boba and strawberry w/ crystals. Actually, they made a mistake on my strawberry smoothie drink. I wanted boba but gave me crystal topping instead. I didn't bother to ask them to fix my drink because they already took long making the drinks even though there was no line and we were able to walk in and order right away. Aside from the wrong topping the drink was very good. Hubby liked his avocado smoothie too. Not sure if it was real or flavored avocado.

There is no room to wait inside and shelter from the cold. As you enter their door on the left are cluttered with "stuff" and used for storage. It was not pleasant to look at.

One of the few boba tea spots that serves tofu pudding/tofuhua in their drinks! They have many other drinks ranging from flavored milk teas to fruit teas to smoothies. And they also have seasonal drinks so make sure to come back to get the latest drinks. You get the option to choose your ice level and sweetness level which I usually prefer in a boba spot because it allows me customize my drink the way I want it. My normal order is either the tofuhua and red bean milk tea, the creme brûlée milk tea with grass jelly, or the super grapefruit. You can't go wrong with any of those three!

Only downside to this place is that there is no where to sit inside to enjoy your drink. And service can be slow sometimes because they don't have enough staff working to accommodate all the customers that keep on coming.

Solid boba shop with a good drink variety. It's a small location, so have to order to-go. My drink came quickly and service was nice. The jasmine tea has a strong tea flavor. The strawberry fruit tea was good and fruity, although on the sweeter side. I would recommend 30% sugar max. There were strawberry chunks that added a fun texture.

There's a card fee for smaller orders! The screen to place a custom tip was not responsive, so had to select from the default options. Otherwise the drinks were good, and it's worth a visit.
