'Bleeding Heart Vine' is a tropical evergreen vine cultivated for its attractive flowers and ornamental foliage. The 'Bleeding Heart Vine' is characterized by its vigorous climbing habit, its glossy, dark green heart-shaped leaves, and the most striking feature, its unique, deep red flowers surrounded by white bracts. The common name comes from the flowers which look like a drop of red blood exuding from the heart-shaped calyx.
