Information
A tall branched perennial, with stems minutely pubescent upwards. Leaves linear-lanceolate, 1 1/2 in. long, 1/5 in. broad, acuminate, narrowed to the base and decurrent on the petiole, sharply toothed, pubescent on the ribs beneath. Racemes long, lax; pedicels 1/8 in. long, pubescent; bracts deciduous. Flower-calyx 1/4– 1/3 in. long; upper tooth ovate, slightly decurrent; lateral teeth short, deeply fimbriated; lower long, setaceous, also fimbriated. Corolla protruding above 1/2 in. from the throat of the calyx. Stamens much exserted.
