Description: The Brachychiton populneus is a medium-sized evergreen tree with a rounded canopy. The leaves are large and bright green, and the bark is smooth and grey-brown. This tree produces lovely bell-shaped flowers that are white with a striped purple inner tube. This tree is known for its food uses within indigenous communities.
Origin: Eastern Australia.
