Taxon labels are in the format: Sorghum matarankense-2-Perry2691-×3 where Sorghum matarankense indicates that the sequence belongs to the species Sorghum matarankense; -2- = the second sequence listed in Table S1 for the species; Perry2691 = specimen voucher information; ×3 indicates we recovered 3 clones for the sequence; and without any mark after specimen voucher information indicates the sequence is derived from PCR-direct sequencing.
