    Stem

The stem is glabrous to finely papillose-puberulous.

    Leaf

The leaves are alternate and simple. The leaves of the base, with ciliated petiole, are arranged in rosette. They can reach 10 cm long. Their lamina is narrow obovate, serrated with larger tines near the apex, glabrous or puberulous. The stem leaves are similar, but smaller, the upper ones less serrated.

    Inflorescence

The flowers are grouped in terminal clusters that extend during fructification.

    Flower

Pedicel erect or arched, usually covered with small scattered hairs, measuring 1.5 to 3.5 mm in the fruit. Oblong sepals, 0.6 to 0.9 mm long, are tinted purple. Linear-oblong petals, 0.2 to 0.5 mm long, are white in colour. The stamens are 2 in number. The nectaries are small, triangular form.

    Fruit

The fruit is a flattened silicle,      1.8 to 2.7 mm long and 1.3 to 1.9 mm wide, large oval to oval oblong, slightly indented, with the style not exceeding the notch. It contains 2 seeds.
