Assam, Bangladesh, Borneo, Cambodia, China South-Central, China Southeast, East Himalaya, India, Jawa, Laos, Malaya, Myanmar, Nansei-shoto, Nepal, Pakistan, Sulawesi, Taiwan, Thailand, Tibet, Vietnam, West Himalaya
