This species is accepted
The native range of this species is Nigeria to Cameroon, Ethiopia to Zimbabwe. It is a perennial or rhizomatous geophyte and grows primarily in the montane tropical biome.

Burundi, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zaïre, Zimbabwe
