Garden pink (Dianthus plumarius) is a perennial carpet plant ideal for rock gardens. It produces rosettes of narrow gray-green leaves that grow into loose clumps. Reaches a height of about 30 cm. In summer, flower shoots sprout above the leaf cushions. The full flowers with jagged petals have an intense yet pleasant fragrance.
