I have a lot of photos of this plant due primarily to my success with it, as I have succeeded with so few grass aloes. It is moderately hardy species from southern Africa (not the country of South Africa, though). What I mean by moderately hardy is it is prolific grower and has tolerated my less-than-ideal growing conditions. It is NOT, however, very cold hardy, with temps melting these in the high 20s. Mine grew back, though, as it is a suckering species. Flowers are multiple times a year, and an attractive from orange near the base, white in the middle and green at the tip (tad like candy corn). It is a thin-leaved plant with long, very bendable, almost rubbery leaves that deflex (sometime the entire plants just bend over as if under some oppressive weight). Likes some shade, but seems to tolerate full sun.. just looks better with shade. Even flowers in full shade (rare for an aloe).
