- A: AnswerGeek Squad AFAIK offers upgrades but that is paid service. But truth be told, It's easy to upgrade this laptop yourself, Just unscrew all 11 screws and pry open. (Note: It's easier if you start prying at the ethernet connector side.) I've upgrade my Nitro to 2TB NVMe.2 and a 2TB SATA SSD and also to 32 GB of RAM myself.

Nitro Acer
I love this as a first time gaming laptop! I think its the best out of any Gaming laptop I've ever seen. Its really easy to use coming from a person who barely understands how laptops function which is great for me because watching videos is useless now that it gives me clear information about how to fix my laptop when i need it! Its easy to use and i think it's not too pricey for a amazing laptop instead of using a pc. You could also add more storage and space with just a chip! It comes with the Laptop too! It lasts just as much as a Pc would. Although an Cooling mat would be very much needed for this but I think its a normal thing for many pcs and laptops but it's still an amazing experience for anyone that gets this computer. The speed on Nitro Acer just amazed me when i first opened it up and loaded on a game like valorant. I used to have crazy lag and my fps wasnt that great either. Each time i I played I was just in awe. The display is very clean and you can adjust the sharpness of your game too! Battery life last a while but i think it would be better to have it charging since in my experience it wouldnt last long but thats no issue. So overall a great first time pick especially when you don't know which computer to pick for a first time since there are many options but for me I gotta say I love this computer!

Good price for very good gaming laptop
This gaming laptop is good for its price. Acer is one of the best manufacturer of laptops, thats why i choosen to purchase nitro 5, smooth gaming, processors run smoothly, i like the dual fan and the nitro sense very cool.

Convenient, good
The Acer nitro 5 is a solid mid range gaming laptop that offers good performance for its price. It has solid graphics components, and a decent cooling system for its value. It has good portability, however one of the downsides of this build is the battery life compared to more high end products when running on high performance games. Another area where the Nitro 5 tends to fall short is the display quality. The color accuracy and brightness might not be as impressive as some other gaming laptops, and the viewing angles can be limited. It is important to consider your specific needs and budget when deciding whether this computer is right for you.
