By: Caribbean Journal Staff - November 16, 2023

Spanish hotel chain Melia has opened its newest all-inclusive resort on the island of Cuba: the new-build Melia Trinidad Peninsula.

The five-star resort, set about 15 minutes from the charming colonial city of Trinidad, welcomed its first guests this week.

The 401-room resort is instantly the most luxurious Melia in Cuba: that includes 80 rooms in the brand’s elevated The Level wing.  The Level wing will include a selection of swim-up rooms as well.
