Soil / Climate: Tolerates a variety of soils and climates. Can handle full sun or partial shade.
Notes: Native to dry areas of northern China. Fast grower, but short-lived <75 years. Foliage turns yellow in the fall.
Wildlife: Provides food for beaver, rabbit and deer.
