Plant arrived with bugs and bitten up leaves, unwell. Contacted seller never received ANY response at all. Also make sure to ask question from this seller prior to buying plant did not have pot though it didn’t say it was only root ball and assure you’ll be getting the one in the photo. packaging was actually really good but just overall bad service. First bad experience on eBay buying plants.

Just someone looking to complain about something that is not an issue. Sent pic of plant (larger than listed) with a few bad leaves and plenty of new growth emerging, but wants to return for a refund. Fine. No more plants for you.

Annatto plant exactly as described, received in a timely manner and in good condition. Only thing was that I asked seller for instructions on how to plant and keep the plant on good condition but didn’t received such instructions, or any acknowledgment to my request, that’s why the 3 stars rating in “seller communication”
