Order of two plants, this one was an okay size starter plug. The other order was tiny and fragile with only two thin leaves. Starters are much smaller than pictured starter. Heat pack was cold, shipped 17th/ received 22nd. Customer service offered for me to ship the other fragile plant back, but did not offer shipping label. The other starter was just under $40, I expected slightly better.
