Plants are typically shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, and in some cases, Wednesdays to specific states. This is because plants can suffer in dark boxes and unfavorable weather conditions during shipping, which can result in damage and other issues. In contrast, plant pots are shipped out six days a week as they are not as susceptible to delays and weather-related problems as plants. This way, we can ensure that your plant friend arrives in the best possible condition, and you can enjoy the benefits of having a thriving plant in your home.

We protect the plants we ship in a number of ways for cacti and succulents this means they are shipped dry bareroot and packaged with a very high level of protection. Each plant is different and how it is packaged is not the same. We never use packing PEANUTS and try to avoid all non recyclable shipping material and use as much recycled product as possible. Some plants are shipped on there side to protect them better while some are packaged with 2-3 types of packaging material. The goal being to ship plants in great health to arrive in as great as health as can be expected when putting the plants in a box and shipping them away for days. Reuse the packaging and packaging supplies if you can please! it helps reduce waste.

My order came severely damaged in shipping. My order contained plants and ceramic pots. Despite the damage, the plants might have been salvageable if the heat pack I paid for had been included in the box. I messaged with the seller to get the order replaced and after some exchanging back and forth they were going to send me another copy of my order. I waited several days and was never told a new tracking number, I messaged the seller, no response. Waited a few more days and asked for tracking info, never heard anything back. I cannot fault the store for the damage (though maybe labeling the box as fragile and that it contains live plants might help), but ghosting me and going back on their word are why I am leaving poor reviews on the items that were ordered.

there was a heat pack in the box. customer clearly didn't pay attention nor did the customer report any damage. 48 hours to report any damages to us with pictures and we either replace it or refund depending on the situation. this customer didn't report anything because it was no damages. the pots were not broken. they arrived in perfect condition and that's why it shouldn't get one star
