We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive at their final destination safely. All plants ship bare root, semi bareroot with out pot and are meticulously wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box.

When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to gentle remove them from their packaging immediately. Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.

I ordered this plant with another pachypodium And both arrived in very poor condition. They had been in the mail for 10 days. I contacted the seller and they have not contacted me back.
