Don't forget your Winter insurance heat pack & insulation! During colder weather months, Your order is only covered with us for cold damage if the winter insurance is purchased with your order. With our heat pack and winter packaging, we HIGHLY recommend customers keep an eye on tracking and most importantly be home to receive the package when USPS drivers drop off! We will not be responsible for plants that arrive with cold damage if a heat pack was not included in your order and if plants were left out in the cold for long periods of time! 📦 When will we ship?

We ship every Monday and Tuesday from Columbus, OH. Typically orders take 2-3 business days to reach their destination as they are all shipped via USPS priority shipping. If there are any delays, please reach out to us and we will monitor your package for you. We offer free USPS priority shipping with every order, however if you would like to upgrade to express overnight shipping can do so here 👇

🪴 will I get exact plant as pictured?

We will always pick best, healthiest, and fullest plants first come first serve. Unless otherwise stated and or marked as ‘Exact plant’. If not marked as exact plant, you will receive a plant similar in size and shape to, but not exactly, the one pictured. We do our best to update photos weekly, so the display photos are an accurate representation of what you will receive. If you do prefer to see the exact plant, Message us! We’d be happy to accommodate :)

If any plant arrives severely damaged and or not as described from shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We will respond within 24 hours (typically within 1-3 hours) and serve to take care of the issue for you. We guarantee a healthy plant that is pest and disease free with a functional root system. We ship plants in-pot and strongly suggest not disturbing the root system after shipping. **Plants that have been repotted will be void of any guarantees that we can offer** so please we highly recommend you reach out to us with any issues ASAP! We guarantee the arrival of healthy thriving plants but we are not responsible for poor culture or growing conditions once they arrive at their new home. 



🌱WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES:

Unpack:
* Remember these are LIVE plant babies that just went through shipping so unpack your plants immediately!
* Check each pot when it is unpacked, and if the soil is dry, water immediately.
* If you have ordered a plant that requires high humidity move it to a plastic bag, terrarium, or humid greenhouse. Do not let strong sunlight shine into an enclosed container. Solar heat will heat up the container and damage your plant.
Transition / Repotting
* Place the plants in a bright area out of the wind and direct sunlight.
* Remember a strong healthy root system is the most important part of your plant. Plants may be slightly stressed from shipping and if grown well with proper care and conditions will acclimate to your space and bounce back QUICK so cosmetic imperfections and or yellowing doesn’t always mean your plant Isn’t Healthy. The healthy root system will promote new growth.
* Wait at least 2-4 weeks if you would like to repot your new plants. Only move them to one pot size larger than what they are growing in. For example, if they’re in a 3” pot move to a 4” pot.
* We pride ourselves in not just providing these amazing beautiful plants but we also grow everything you see in the shop and have even done expeditions to see lots of these plants growing in the wild so plant expertise is what we specialize in unlike other shops so feel free to message us and or reach out for any specific culture advice! happy to help!
