We GUARANTEE all seeds and plant items are fresh, true to type, have been stored and shipped properly, and will perform as advertised.

If you experience a VERY LOW or ZERO germination not caused by local conditions, don't panic or get mad, just contact us for replacement or refund. Any seeds, bulbs, trees or plants which fail to grow will be replaced one time or a credit voucher issued at our discretion provided we are notified in writing within 30 days of purchase.

Unless specifically stated, seeds are sold by quantity or amount (usually in grams, ounces, or pounds), not by seed count. An approximate seed count, shown by a "~" (tilde/squiggle sign), is shown for each available quantity option based on samples taken for that variety...for example: 3.0 grams (~20 Seeds).

Whenever possible, we try to overfill all orders, but cannot guarantee that you will get the exact number of seeds approximated. We do guarantee that the quantity of seeds we ship will be equal to or more than the quantity you ordered.

PAYMENT. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If you need longer to pay, no worries, just let us know.

Most (95%) orders placed before 11:00 am (Central) are processed, packed, and shipped the same day. Allow the following (Business Day) processing times based on shipping service:

All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation Number (DCN) for order tracking. At checkout, select the “Class of Service”

Use the DCN to track your package at (https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm). Once the USPS accepts the package, they assume full control and responsibility for delivery.

If your package does not arrive within 3 to 5 business days, or if the tracking indicates a possible problem, please contact your local U.S. Post Office and provide them the DCN for your package.

Your local Post Office can access the full tracking record and provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding your package. They will be able to resolve any possible delivery issues. If your package arrives damaged, please notify your local Post Office immediately.

All items offered for sale are as represented within recognized tolerances. Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors in price, quantity and/or specifications may occur. If you notice an error in any listing, please let us know and we will correct it immediately. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

Contact us immediately if you notice any delivery address errors after placing your order. If the USPS has not accepted a shipping label, we can easily make buyer-requested corrections.

While our items are usually listed/sold with FREE SHIPPING, there is an actual postage cost paid to the USPS for each used shipping label. Once the USPS has scanned a label as ACCEPTED, the shipping label can no longer be cancelled, and the actual postage cost can no longer be refunded. If a package is returned as UNDELIVERABLE, we will refund the original purchase price MIMUS the actual postage cost ALREADY PAID to the USPS...in most cases with smaller seed amounts, the postage ends up being over half of the item price.
