We do not accept returns or exchanges. That being said, we would love to send you replacements/advice to make up for it. Pictures MUST be provided of each plant received as soon as you received the order. In most cases, your plant just needs proper care.

Succulents need to be potted/planted ideally in indirect sun with well-draining soil, usually with perlite, pumice, or some type of grit mixed in. You may message us at any time for advice, whether you purchased the plant from us or not. :)

We ship plants "Bare Root." This is the safest, cleanest, and most efficient way to ship succulents.

The sizes given are following the fundamental, universal, general way of sizing succulents. They are measured by the size of the nursery pot.

For example, if a 2' size was purchased, this does not mean the plant itself is 2' tall or 2' wide, etc. It means it is the size for a 2' nursery pot.
