Plant Care:

Light: Bright light is good but not essential. grows fine with low levels of light, but does appreciate bright and can handle direct light.
Watering: Allow the soil to become dry at the top to the touch between watering and do not over water. It's best to water this plant less than too much because over-watering can cause stem and rhizome rot.

SHIPPING

UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS: Acclimate plant for the first two weeks, by putting in in bright but indirect /filtered light. Do not fertilize.

Due to the nature of the products we handle, it is the customers responsibility to open their package and inspect it upon arrival, and communicate any discrepancies within 24 hours by sending us a message with the description of the problem along with supporting photos. We have no control over your shipment once it has been shipped and we cannot guarantee the plants will survive if they're left in your post office box or mailbox for an extended period of time. 1 heat pack for 1 4 or 6 inch plant
2 heat packs for 2-3 plants

Upgrade to priority should be added to smaller first class packages .

Double boxing is recommended for all winter orders when temps are 35-40 degrees

Temperatures below 35 we will hold your order till weather permits for shipping
