Chamaedorea costaricana These are medium sized palm trees (normally to around 4m max in height) which can be often seen in the sides of hiking paths of both Santa Elena and Monteverde cloud forests. The fruits are very special with strong red to orange flower stacks from which the black fruits hang in groups.<br />

Chamaedorea costaricana
