Soft ruby red with shades of violet, fine and persistent perlage. Delicate and fragrant bouquet with hints of wild berries and red flowers. Its taste is fresh and smooth. Excellent as an aperitif, it is paired with first courses with meat sauce, second courses of meat and fish, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
