Evergreen and erect shrub, often wrongly called 'Euonymus wilsonii'. Slow growing as a young plant, more vigorous in age. Long shiny dark-green leaves, tinted red-orange to copper in autumn. Remarkable yellow, then apricot coloured fruit, seeds in orange arils.
