October: harvest time in Trentino!

 

Every year in October, while nature displays its warm autumn colours and its most beautiful and tasty fruits, the inhabitants of Val di Non, the apples valley of Trentino, are busy with the seasonal harvest.

In order to celebrate this beautiful time, Val di Non becomes the natural backdrop of POMARIA, the famous festival which celebrates apples and all the autumn products!

A rich program awaits you: you can pick apples directly from the tree, buy typical products at the local market, partecipate to labs and different creative activities, taste local wine and different varieties of apples… 

Pomari is family-friendly, with plenty of entertaining activities for kids of all ages: traditional games, educational workshops and fairy tales to discover the secrets of apples and to get to know the wonders of nature.

 

In addition, from September 27th to October 13th, Val di Non and Val di Sole host POMARIA ON THE ROAD, a-2-weeks program of activities, directly on farms, cellars, dairies to discover local products! 

 

Pomaria is organized by the “Apple and Flavours Route of Val di Non and Val di Sole”, in partnership with Val di Non Tourism Board, Melinda, and local organisations and institutions.
