Kabeya is coming off a successful senior campaign where he was a lockdown cornerback and a dangerous kick returner. He finished with four interceptions including one pick-six, one kick return touchdown, one punt return touchdown, 20 tackles, and no touchdowns allowed in coverage. He also had several long kickoff returns.

Kabeya has good ball skills and great closing speed - he will immediately elevate the talent in the cornerback room when he arrives in Provo. BYU is putting together a great recruiting class on the defensive side of the ball. Of all the players that BYU has in the 2024 class, don't be surprised if Kabeya is one that makes an early impact for the Cougars. Kabeya is one of the better cornerback prospects that BYU has picked up in over the last several years.

Kabeya is one of a handful of important recruits that will be on campus this weekend. With only one official visit weekend remaining before signing day, this weekend is one of the most important recruiting weekends of the year.
